How does BabyMorph AI work?⌄
Upload clear front-facing photos of both parents. Our AI analyzes facial features and generates a probabilistic prediction of what your future baby could look like.
How do credits work?⌄
Each baby prediction uses 1 credit. New users get 1 free credit. Additional credits can be purchased in packages from the in-app store.
Are my photos stored or shared?⌄
Photos are processed securely and used only to generate your prediction. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page.
How do I restore my purchases?⌄
On iOS, go to My Account and tap Restore Purchases. Any previous purchases tied to your Apple ID will be restored.
How do I delete my account?⌄
Go to My Account and tap Delete my account. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. You can cancel anytime within that window by signing back in.
The prediction failed — what now?⌄
If a prediction fails, your credit is automatically refunded. Please ensure both photos are clear, well-lit, and front-facing, then try again. If the issue persists, contact us.
