    3. Face Data Processing

    Face data is used solely for visual generation and not for identity-related purposes.

    4. App Permissions (Camera & Photos)

    The Babymorph AI mobile app may request the following device permissions:

    • Camera: We request access to your device camera only when you choose to take a new photo of a parent for baby prediction. The camera is never activated automatically or in the background. Photos taken with the camera are used solely to generate the AI baby prediction and are never used for facial recognition or identity verification.
    • Photo Library / Storage: We request access to your photo library only when you choose to select an existing photo to upload. We only read the specific image you select; we do not scan or access any other photos on your device.

    You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings. The app will continue to function, but features that require uploading a photo will be unavailable until permission is granted again.

    5. Image Processing & Data Retention

    • Uploaded images are processed to generate results
    • Images may be stored temporarily to allow users to access their results
    • Users can delete their generated results at any time
    • Images are automatically deleted after a limited retention period or when no longer needed

    We do not store face data longer than necessary to provide the service.

    6. Data Sharing

    We do not sell user data.

    We may share data only with:

    • Trusted service providers (such as hosting, AI processing, and payment infrastructure)
    • Legal authorities if required by law

    These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.
